Beef Pho with Eye of Round Steak and Meatballs
This pho is my favorite food for when I'm feeling under-the-weather! And if I'm feeling spicy, I ask them to do half-and-half broth with the signature style ?
Mama's Signature Pho
Delcious! Portions were spot on, broth is rich brown in color, lots of flavor. Appreciate they offer a self serve location for toppings of cilantro, lime, basil, chive and jalapeno- because you can customize your taste and add more as needed. Regular portion was ample for one person. The meat was tender, and I liked the beef rib addition- with bone. Yum!
Eggrolls (2)
Tried the vegetarian egg rolls and my god they were the best egg rolls I've had in my life! Perfectly crispy outside and delicious filling inside!

Mama's signature pho is a unique and original taste. The ribs are to die for.

OMG this place is amazing!!! Whenever we are even remotely close to Oshkosh we make sure we stop in. Best PHO we have ever had and love telling people they need to stop here. FYI - never had a bad meal here

Love this dish but I have to do half mama's broth and half regular broth. The meat and noodles are cooked perfectly. Highly recommend it. Spicy Delicious!
Drunken Noodles
absolutely delicious!! One of my favorite dishes here. You really can't go wrong with any of them, but this is one of my favorites.
Mama's Signature Pho
Absolutely delicious. Just the right amount of spice, and a filling and comforting meal. Have never tried pho before now, and I feel like I've found the best possible introduction to it here at Mama's Noodle Bar. Highly recommend!!
Kimchi Fried Rice
Was craving fried rice one day and remembered that mamas noodles does a kimchi fried rice so getting it was a no brained especially as it's in walking distance for me. The dish was delicious and was a very large portion so I even had enough to warm later as leftovers, it was a perfect balance of everything together and I'm sure to get it again
Pad Thai
Best thing on the menu. We had ordered a little of everything and this was the item everyone liked the most.
